The job market is average again. The Wall Street Journal published a recent article about the decline of the "hottest job market in a generation." This market was fueled by pandemic area hiring that flooded the scene as a result of the Great Resignation and let job seekers jump around to maximize their earning potential at companies that needed to fill a lot of jobs quickly.
